Parish Meeting 28 November

Please note there will be a meeting of Great Edstone Parish Meeting on Thursday 28th November starting at 7.30pm in the Village Hall. Please attend if you can. One of the items to be discussed will be the amount of Precept upon North Yorkshire Council for the financial year 2025/26. The attached notices give more information and show the effect on Council Tax if the Precept amount is agreed.

Great Edstone Parish Meeting

Please see the attached notice and agenda regarding a meeting of the Great Edstone Parish Meeting, to be held on Thursday 10th August at 7.30pm in the Village Hall. Going forward, a meeting will be arranged on receipt of each new planning application. This will give all parishioners the opportunity to consider the application and speak if they wish. The Parish Meeting will only forward representations on planning and other matters it deems appropriate. All parishioners are also free to make their own representations to the planning authority if they wish. Details of how to do so are shown on the planning notification letter. Notices of new planning applications will continue to be displayed on the website and noticeboard.
